Prepare the surface: Wipe the headlight clean, tape around it to protect nearby areas, then sand with wet sandpaper, changing direction between grits.

Sand evenly: Work carefully around the edges until the surface looks uniformly smooth and white, then dry it with a tissue before treatment.

Apply the repair solution: Add 60–80 ml to the vaporizing cup, wait about three minutes for steam, and move the outlet evenly about 1 cm from the headlight.
